TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS (First Class, Priority. and/or Ground) and will include a tracking number as soon as your order is out of our hands. Final shipping fees will be represented on your final invoice.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates, nor should we be held responsible for any delays. We are also not responsible for lost orders or damaged packages in transit once your package is out of our studio and on the road. If there is an issue with your order during transit, please reach out to USPS as soon as possible. If you receive your package and it’s contents are damaged, please contact us immediately with provided evidence.

Errors

We're all human and errors do happen! During the proofing and final stages, we recommend thoroughly reviewing all pieces and get a set fresh of eyes to ensure all information is correct prior to approval. If there are any errors that were approved by the client during the final proof process, any costs of correcting the issue must be covered by the client. We will happily reprint your order with a 25% off discount and you will pay the remainder, shipping, and fees. If there were any errors made on our end, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order and we will make it right!

Returns and/or Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our services here at Tanyag Studio LLC, returns and/or exchanges are not accepted. For items that were purchased from our shop that were not custom and you would like to return and/or exchange your items, please reach out to us within 30 days.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Please note that the 40% retainer fee will not be refundable under any circumstances. If the Notice of cancellation is received by Tanyag Studio LLC less than three (3) months prior to the conclusion of the Services specified herein and/or prior to item(s) being sent out for print, Client shall be responsible for 30% of the remaining balance. If the Notice of cancellation is received by Tanyag Studio LLC less than five (5) weeks prior to the conclusion of these Services, Client shall be responsible for 100% of the remaining balance of the Fee. At this timeframe of the Services specified herein, items have been printed and/or calligraphy items have been done and Services specified herein are at the Assembly stage. After the final design has been approved and we are in the Assembly stage, you will be held responsible for 100% of the charges.

Postponements

We understand that life is filled with unexpectancies, and we are flexible on a case-by-case basis. If your order happens to fall in the Design phase but has not reached the Production phase, you have the option of requesting to place your order on hold with no costs or penalties until both parties can resume the project. Any changes that need to be made to the text, we will happily cover with no costs. Updates to custom artworks such as monograms, venue illustrations, etc. due to postponement may need to be covered by the client up to 100% depending on the complexity of the edits. As a courtesy note, once we are in the Assembly stage, refunds are not accepted. If changes need to be made due to the postponement, we will happily reprint your order with a 25% off discount and you will pay the remainder, shipping, and fees.

Ownership

All designs, images, artworks, and products presented on our website (tanyagstudio.com) or social media pages (@tanyag.studio) that you purchase are the sole property of Tanyag Studio LLC unless indicated otherwise. All artwork, images, and designs used during the proofing process (drafts and mockups) are the sole property and copyright of Tanyag Studio LLC. These designs, images, and artworks under no circumstances may be used for personal or commercial gain, reproduced, resold, repurposed, or any other purpose.

Promotion

We retain the right to present and share our work through images presented on our website (tanyagstudio.com) or social media pages (@tanyag.studio). If you do not feel comfortable with us sharing projects we have worked on together, please reach out to us at hello@tanyagstudio.com.

Photography

If our work has been professionally taken by a photographer, we would love to see it! If you are a photographer or stylist in need of design, stationery, or calligraphy props, connect with us! We absolutely love collaborating with other creatives!
