We encourage you to book ten-twelve weeks before your event to secure your spot in our production schedule.

We encourage you to book ten months in advance to secure your spot in our production schedule.STATIONERY (Studio Collection):
We encourage you to book eight months in advance to secure your spot in our production schedule.
RUSH ORDERS:
If you are in a shorter timeline, please note that in your inquiry, and we will notify you if it is possible to accommodate a tighter schedule. Any projects that require less than a three week turnaround time will incur a rush fee (50% for a three week turnaround time, 100% for a two week turnaround time) on top of project’s total cost. We do not accept Services that need to be done the same week as the event.

Yes! This is an imperative stage of our design process to ensure that we are meeting your needs and expectations accordingly. Mockups are only provided during the design phase.

We welcome mood boards, inspiration boards, and color palettes to help you achieve the specific vibe and tone you are envisioning. However, we do not replicate existing designs from other designers and stationers as our main goal is to create unique pieces specifically for you.
